Online Training
Please note, Online Training fees are non-returnable and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for the fees paid for Online Training.

In-Person Training
Please note, In-Person Training fees are non-returnable and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for the fees paid for In-Person Training. You may reschedule your In-Person Training class one time for an additional fee of $159.

There are NO refunds for any Online courses or In-Person Training Programs 

Orders Policy

All orders, whether placed online or in-store, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you placed an order online and need to cancel it for any reason before the order is shipped, your paid amount will be saved as a credit on your file for your next purchase. A coupon code will be issued for you to use with your next order.

Training Program Usage & Intellectual Property Policy

All Ellera Cosmetics training programs, including but not limited to Buccal Massage, Facial Massage, Lash Lift, Brow Lamination, Permanent Makeup, Skincare, Microneedling, scars training and any other online or in-person training programs offered by Ellera Cosmetics, are intended for practitioner certification only unless otherwise expressly stated.

Enrollment in any training program does not grant trainer certification, trainer licensing rights, permission to teach the curriculum, reproduce training materials, videos, manuals, forms, presentations, issue certifications, or otherwise use Ellera Cosmetics’ intellectual property for training or educational purposes without prior written authorization from Ellera Cosmetics.
